Planning and Neighborhoods
Planning and Neighborhoods: This section consists of the Planning & Revitalization section which provides Long-Range planning services including preparing the Comprehensive Plan, neighborhood plans and special area plans to guide the growth and vitality of the city, its neighborhoods and municipal services, and the City's Home Rehabilitation Program that works to preserve housing and revitalize neighborhoods.
The Housing and Family Services section addresses community needs related to affordable housing, public services funding, and public infrastructure improvements.
The Downtown Section includes coordination of Downtown Redevelopment efforts and oversight of the Farmers and Craft Market.
The Juvenile Citation program is a program for youth affenders who commit a misdemeanor.
