[ARCHIVED] Spring 2020 After School Program Registration Now Underway

The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department is now accepting participant registration for the 2020 spring semester After School Program. Payment can be made at www.las-cruces.org/play, click on the online registration link or at the following locations during regular business hours:

  • Parks & Recreation Department Administrative office, 1501 E. Hadley Ave.

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday.

  • Meerscheidt Recreation Center, 1600 E. Hadley Ave.

8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

  • Las Cruces Regional Aquatic Center, 1401 E. Hadley Ave.

6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday.

  • Frank O’Brien Papen Community Center, 304 W. Bell Ave.

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.

The school sites for children kindergarten through fifth grade are: Alameda Elementary, Cesar Chavez/Sunrise Elementary, Fairacres Elementary, Hermosa Heights Elementary, Highland Elementary, Mesilla Park Elementary, and Monte Vista Elementary. Program hours are Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and follow the Las Cruces Public School’s calendar.

The cost per semester is $400 or four payments of $100. A 10 percent discount will be offered for full payment before the start of the spring semester. If monthly payments are not made by the specified deadlines during the semester, participation in the program will be halted and the participant’s spot forfeited.

Space is currently available at all locations and will remain open until the site reaches capacity.
