Minimum Wage 2020

Pursuant to Las Cruces Municipal Code (LCMC), the minimum wage in the city limits of Las Cruces has increased from $10.10 per hour to $10.25 per hour on January 1, 2020, which is a 1.5% increase from the 2019 hourly wage. The tipped wage has increased from $4.04 to $4.10 per hour. Under the LCMC, the 2020 hourly wage is a cost of living increase based on the Consumer Price Index.
